Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Michael Tucker (“Panel Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Panel Pro software platform (the “Service”). By using the Service or visiting this website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Who We Are

Panel Pro is a project management platform for service businesses (such as wallpaper hanging companies), operated by Michael Tucker, located at 8700 Hickory Nut Trl, Concord, NC 28027. Our customers (“Organizations”) use Panel Pro to manage their own customers, projects, scheduling, and communications.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and business details you provide when you or your organization signs up for the Service.
  • Customer data: when an Organization uses the Service, it may input information about its own customers and leads — including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses — in order to manage its business. We process this data on the Organization’s behalf and at its direction.
  • Communications content: the content of text messages and emails sent and received through the Service, when an Organization uses those features.
  • Usage data: information about how the Service is accessed and used, including log data, device information, and IP address.
  • Payment information: billing details processed by our payment processor when an Organization subscribes to a paid plan. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions;
  • Enable Organizations to communicate with their own customers via email and text message through the Service;
  • Send administrative information, such as security or billing notices;
  • Improve, personalize, and expand the Service;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Communications

The Service includes two-way text messaging functionality that lets an Organization text its own customers directly from Panel Pro — for example, to confirm an appointment, follow up on an estimate, or share a project update. This section describes how we handle information connected to that functionality.

No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and message content are used solely to provide the messaging functionality of the Service to the Organization that collected them, and are shared only with service providers who help us deliver that functionality (such as our telecommunications carrier partners), not for those providers’ own marketing purposes.

An individual’s phone number is only added to an Organization’s messaging list when that individual provides it directly to the Organization (for example, by requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or otherwise engaging that Organization’s business) or by texting that Organization’s number first. We do not compile or sell phone number lists, and Organizations may not use the Service to send messages to numbers that have not consented to receive them from that Organization.

Message frequency will vary depending on an individual’s interactions with the Organization they are communicating with. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Any individual may opt out of receiving text messages from an Organization at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message received. Once opted out, no further text messages will be sent to that number by that Organization through the Service unless the individual subsequently texts the Organization again. Replying HELP, or contacting the Organization directly, will connect an individual with assistance.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and SMS/text messaging delivery, bound by obligations to protect that information and use it only to provide services to us;
  • Within an Organization: data an Organization enters about its own customers is visible to that Organization’s own authorized users, as directed by that Organization;
  • Legal reasons: if required to do so by law, or in response to valid legal requests; and
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service to an active Organization, and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and access controls scoped to each Organization’s own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. If an Organization has entered your information into the Service, please contact that Organization directly, as they control that data. You may also contact us at tech@constantstartup.com with any privacy-related request, and we will direct it appropriately or respond as required by applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
